Hayley Shannon

Hayley is experienced and dedicated, with over six years Residential and Commercial Property Management experience and has exceptional  knowledge with a real love for the role.

With a background in sales pre-dating her time in Property Management, she has a passion for Real Estate and enjoys the fact that no two days or clients are ever the same, keeping things interesting. Whilst also having a strong work ethic, a fantastic understanding of the legislation and the care that's required to lease and manage both residential and commercial investment properties.

Commencing her Real Estate career in Queensland in a sales agent role, then transitioning into a Property Management Associate role once moving to Victoria, Hayley has learnt the administration side of real estate through initially shadowing a senior property manager. She has a very strong background in people management and guarantees the experience is seamless for landlords and tenants alike.

Knowing that the results she achieves are a direct reflection of the effort she puts in motivates Hayley to be better every day. Diligently thorough with a keen eye on attention to detail, Hayley aims to make all her dealings with her clients as enjoyable as possible.

Hayley is a brilliant communicator who quickly develops rapport with all those she meets. Her down to earth approach, sunny disposition, bubbly personality and affable manner means she can easily identify any issue and find a solution that leaves both landlords and tenants completely satisfied and very comfortable that they are in the best hands possible.
