Fiona Hawley

With over 16 years experience in the local real estate industry, Fiona is born and bred locally and is extremely passionate about real estate in the Swan Hill district. As the first female agency Principal in Swan Hill, she continually sets the bar high and prides herself on excellent service standards to vendors and purchasers. Opening Ray White Swan Hill with business partner Cameron Smits in October 2016, together they have changed the face of real estate in Swan Hill setting a new standard of excellence with the use of advanced technology and communication, plus superior marketing strategies.  Fiona is continually advancing and refining her skills with training and mentoring from the best in the industry and as Sales Manager is now taking on her own mentoring role with the addition of a junior member to their growing sales team.

Community engagement and participation is also important to Fiona as she supports and is a member of many local non-profit organisations.  "it's important to give back to the community that supports us".  With almost two decades in the industry, Fiona enjoys many ongoing relationships with repeat customers and is now seeing the "next generation" of first home buyers come into the market, which is very exciting.  

Swan Hill is a fantastic place to live and I'm very proud to live, work and have raised a family here.
