Caitlyn Edwards

After moving away from Swan Hill for University, Caitlyn returned to Swan Hill to join the Ray White team in June 2025. Her Bachelor of Science ensures she pays attention to the world around her and she is always looking for ways to improve.

Caitlyn's friendly and bubbly nature, and desire to help means she loves meeting new people and building positive new relationships with them. She understands the importance of timely, honest and transparent communication, and strives to ensure the satisfaction of all of her clients. Caitlyn understands that every client is unique and that cultural differences may shape how people approach property decisions.
