Brian Wood

Born into a real estate family, Brian learned the skill of negotiation listening to his father negotiating property transactions on the phone beside the kitchen table. 

Whilst people skills come naturally, there is always the challenge of keeping all parties fully informed and striving for mutual satisfaction with every sale and lease. After running his own family agency for 30 years, Brian merged the business with Ray White Swan Hill to form a formidable force in the Swan Hill Real Estate market. Brian still works closely long-term clients in the effective management of their investments as well as providing advice and service to buyers and sellers.
With a love for the outdoors, most of Brian’s leisure time is spent enjoying the space and privacy of his Murray River property with his wife Lauren and catching up with their 4 adult children pursuing their busy lives in Melbourne and Geelong.
